We had an emergency and the owner understood the urgency/ concern, and had someone sent out the same day. The individual that provided maintenence to our furnace was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what to do if the situation ever happened again, and even took the time to fully explain some of the issues with our furnace and what truly required attention/ replacement. I called Midwest to come out and fix my thirty year old furnace. Leo and Mark were both thorough and honest in their evaluation of my old unit and in the end decided it was in my best interest to have them install both a new furnace and AC instead of fixing the old one. These guys are wonderful !! I came home to a cold house at 8am and a crew was at my door within an hour. They diagnosed the issue on my 23 year old furnace and replaced a part to keep it running temporarily .Mark thoroughly explained the status of my situation and my options. I was given a complete estimate with options to choose which system met my needs and my finances. Been using Midwest for a long time...always very satisfied.

Jeff replaced two parts in the furnace, and informed me that the filters I was using were restricting the airflow too much. He also informed me that the unit I bought 15 years ago from a different is too big for my house so he adjust the gas burners so I don’t over heat my unit. He was VERY good and carefully explained everything. Thank you Jeff!Today I had a motor replaced by Leo and once again the service was great and I renewed my service plan agreement.
