They diagnosed the issue on my 23 year old furnace and replaced a part to keep it running temporarily .Mark thoroughly explained the status of my situation and my options. He also informed me that the unit I bought 15 years ago from a different is too big for my house so he adjust the gas burners so I don’t over heat my unit.
