The communication and service was excellent. I called first thing in the morning on a 100 degree day and they were able to schedule me in first thing in the afternoon. Leo was our serviceman and his communication about the issue and the resolution was excellent. We needed a capacitor replaced and according to average prices for the area ($150-$300) - the price was higher when you consider that the initial service call price isn't rolled in. The service was excellent and there wasn't any pressure. I decided to go with their annual service as well so I know I'll be relying on them for any future issues.

Sooooo.....we were just returning from an exhausting (but fun) vacation. The weatherman said the temperature would be in triple digits. I turned on the air conditioning. A couple hours later, our home was still hot and I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Panic! Quick! I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling and spoke with Brian. He set up an appointment for the same day. The same day! Mark came out and immediately found the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Viola! He had our system was up and running in a very short time! I can’t say enough good things about Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling. I certainly give them the “mostest” number of stars. I don’t do a lot of reviews and/or “give stars,” but I certainly need to let people know how happy I am with this experience. I certainly will use them in the future for maintenance in our home and hopefully won’t need them a lot for emergencies like this but happy to know they’re there when needed! Thank you, thank you. I spoke with.Bryan Who assured me that he would call me in the morning with a Who assured me that he would call me in the morning with an estimated time of arrival of Leo, the on-call tech. When our 60 year old boiler stopped working on the coldest day of the year, which happened to be a Saturday, we called a number of furnace repair places who either didn't answer or couldn't come out for several days. Midwest took the call and was at our house within 2 hours. During that time, they kept us updated on their ETA. The repairman was courteous and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and we had heat a short time later. The price was very fair considering the circumstances. I highly recommend them.

1/6/26 - last month I finally had to bite the bullet & get a new furnace and A/c. They were honest & Fair. I got the smaller unit per Leo’s suggestion. They were fast, efficient and thorough. They were even able to fit a humidifier in a very tight space where previous companies said would never fit. I love having a humidifier in the winter. My Google Nest thermostat was malfunctioning a few weeks later and Leo just came out and got that working. I’m very happy to be in their Comfort Club. This is a small company so you get to know them, and they treat you well. 2024- Today I had a motor replaced by Leo and once again the service was great and I renewed my service plan agreement. 2023- Jeff replaced two parts in the furnace, and informed me that the filters I was using were restricting the airflow too much. He also informed me that the unit I bought 15 years ago from a different company is too big for my house so he adjust the gas burners so I don’t over heat my unit. He was VERY good and carefully explained everything. Thank you Jeff!

Midwest is now my HVAC company of choice. Leo has been here 3 times. Super friendly and explains things very well. I particularly like the fact that you're not one of those companies that are Jack of all trades, like HVAC, electric, plumbing, but masters of none. (Looking at you, 4 Seasons!)
