1/6/26 - last month I finally had to bite the bullet & get a new furnace and A/c. They were honest & Fair. I got the smaller unit per Leo’s suggestion. They were fast, efficient and thorough. They were even able to fit a humidifier in a very tight space where previous companies said would never fit. I love having a humidifier in the winter. My Google Nest thermostat was malfunctioning a few weeks later and Leo just came out and got that working. I’m very happy to be in their Comfort Club. This is a small company so you get to know them, and they treat you well.

2024- Today I had a motor replaced by Leo and once again the service was great and I renewed my service plan agreement.

2023- Jeff replaced two parts in the furnace, and informed me that the filters I was using were restricting the airflow too much. He also informed me that the unit I bought 15 years ago from a different company is too big for my house so he adjust the gas burners so I don’t over heat my unit. He was VERY good and carefully explained everything. Thank you Jeff!

I particularly like the fact that you're not one of those companies that are Jack of all trades, like HVAC, electric, plumbing, but masters of none. (Looking at you, 4 Seasons!) Replaced a Mitsubishi mini split that was past the point of rescue. Service was excellent. Technicians were very courteous and professional and respectful of property. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Cleaned her furnace and diagnosed any issues as the system is nearing replacement. Mark was honest with her and went through options should she decide to replace the system. Was easy to get appointment for furnace tuneup. Leo arrived ontime and was very courteous.

Sooooo.....we were just returning from an exhausting (but fun) vacation. The weatherman said the temperature would be in triple digits. I turned on the air conditioning. A couple hours later, our home was still hot and I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Panic! Quick! I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling and spoke with Brian. He set up an appointment for the same day. The same day! Mark came out and immediately found the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Viola! He had our system was up and running in a very short time! I can’t say enough good things about Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling. I certainly give them the “mostest” number of stars. I don’t do a lot of reviews and/or “give stars,” but I certainly need to let people know how happy I am with this experience. I certainly will use them in the future for maintenance in our home and hopefully won’t need them a lot for emergencies like this but happy to know they’re there when needed! Thank you, thank you. There’s nothing like waking up in your house being at 80° and having to call a company we’ve never heard of. I called Midwest comfort heating and cooling in afternoon and they sent somebody out within the hour. They tried everything possible to replace a few parts and make it cost efficient to repair it but unfortunately, my unit was way past that they quoted me to replace both the furnace and AC to get a better deal and came back the next morning and had it done by 3 o’clock! Mark and Leo did a great job, super friendly and helpful! Brian in the office was a great help too! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for a honest hardworking company you can trust especially nowadays!Thank you guys! 🙏
