There’s nothing like waking up in your house being at 80° and having to call a company we’ve never heard of. I called Midwest comfort heating and cooling in afternoon and they sent somebody out within the hour. They tried everything possible to replace a few parts and make it cost efficient to repair it but unfortunately, my unit was way past that they quoted me to replace both the furnace and AC to get a better deal and came back the next morning and had it done by 3 o’clock! Mark and Leo did a great job, super friendly and helpful! Brian in the office was a great help too! Sooooo.....we were just returning from an exhausting (but fun) vacation. The weatherman said the temperature would be in triple digits. I turned on the air conditioning. A couple hours later, our home was still hot and I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Panic! Quick! I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling and spoke with Brian. He set up an appointment for the same day. The same day! Mark came out and immediately found the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Viola! He had our system was up and running in a very short time! I can’t say enough good things about Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling. I certainly give them the “mostest” number of stars. I don’t do a lot of reviews and/or “give stars,” but I certainly need to let people know how happy I am with this experience.
