Sooooo.....we were just returning from an exhausting (but fun) vacation. The weatherman said the temperature would be in triple digits. I turned on the air conditioning. A couple hours later, our home was still hot and I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Panic! Quick! I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling and spoke with Brian. He set up an appointment for the same day. The same day! Mark came out and immediately found the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Viola! He had our system was up and running in a very short time! I can’t say enough good things about Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling. I certainly give them the “mostest” number of stars. I don’t do a lot of reviews and/or “give stars,” but I certainly need to let people know how happy I am with this experience. I certainly will use them in the future for maintenance in our home and hopefully won’t need them a lot for emergencies like this but happy to know they’re there when needed! Thank you, thank you. Mark showed up on time and did a great job of testing my air conditioner. He was very patient with all my questions and very informative on the options for replacing it and the furnace. He was very easy to work with and I'm looking forward to having them replace my air conditioner and funace in the next few weeks.

Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling was wonderful in installing a new air conditioner and air filter in our home. They were so quick and comprehensive in offering a couple of different options and answered every question we had.

My 20 year old furnace died and at 4:30pm, Mark shifted things around and squeezed an emergency install in the next morning. Leo did a fantastic job and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. I see some reviews saying its a bit pricey, i didnt notice and the quality would have been worth it anyways.

Repair of your furnace and AC!

Furnace broke down days before Christmas, Midwest responded within hours. Came in next morning and diagnosed the problem.

I called Midwest to come out and fix my thirty year old furnace. Leo and Mark were both thorough and honest in their evaluation of my old unit and in the end decided it was in my best interest to have them install both a new furnace and AC instead of fixing the old one. Their pricing was extremely fair and the work top notch. I will definitely recommend their company to anyone who asks.

Our furnace went out during the first cold snap of the year. Mark did what he could to get the furnace going. I was kept informed of his arrival time. You can see the difference in the way he treats his customers. I need to replace my furnace and air and will definitely use Midwest!
